David Moyer DDS grew up in St. Joseph, Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University and graduated Dental School at Georgetown University. Since receiving his degrees, Dr. Moyer has completed hundreds of hours of additional education and completed a 27-month program with the United States Dental Institute. Dr. Moyer is a certified Practioner Investigator with the PEARL network that does research in affiliation with New York University School of Dentistry, the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research. He is also trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Dr. Moyer is a Lieutenant Colonel with the Air Force Reserve. He is the Flight Commander and in the dental unit for the 442nd Fighter Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster, Missouri. Dr. Moyer enjoys all areas of General Dentistry and has a special interest in treating children and adults with braces to improve their smiles and their quality of life. Dr. Moyer is married to his wife, Enid, and has a 5 year old son, 2 dogs and 1 cat. In his free time, he likes to spend time with family, travel and participate in sports. He also enjoys buying and restoring old houses with his brother. |
