MyDentist is a well-respected practice that has earned its reputation by providing affordable, quality dental care to patients for over 20 years. We serve the Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas and offer a wide range of options in preventive, general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Appointment Cancellation Policy: We must be notified at least 48 hours prior to canceling an existing appointment time so that you may avoid a potential cancellation charge.
Billing: Our policy is Fee for Service. Payment is due when procedures are agreed upon by the patient and prior to any lab work being ordered. We will file your insurance as a courtesy. However, the patient is ultimately responsible for the entire bill. Any co-pays, deductibles or amounts not covered or denied by your insurance company are the patient’s responsibility and are due prior to commencing your procedures.
At MyDentist, we offer several payment options including financing through CareCredit®, ChaseHealthAdvance, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Healthcare Credit). We also accept many insurance plans.
Insurance: You will need to check with the specific office you wish to visit to verify acceptance of your insurance plan. Although we accept most insurance and will file it for you as a courtesy, the patient is ultimately responsible for all payments, including disallowed services, and must act in their own behalf directly with their insurance company to resolve any disputes concerning their insurance. MyDentist cannot act as an intermediary in these situations. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any insurance plan. Any insurance payment not received by us on your behalf will be due and payable by the patient immediately after 90 days from date of service has passed and insurance is not paid, regardless of the reason. It will then become the patient’s responsibility to pay us immediately and to collect their money from the insurance company.
Each office has a Treatment Coordinator who will work with you and assist you in making the necessary financial arrangements that you need to meet your dental health needs.
